All of the turtles are, for their comic universe, quite incredibly strong, with additional "supporting strengths" of high endurance and physical durability.

That said, the most consistent references/occurrences of high physical strength and/or "overall strongmanosity" seem to be in favor of Raphael.

The combination of his rage/anger management issues, and propensity to lunge for the center of the fight, gives Raph more opportunities to use direct brute force/strength, instead of the more subtle, tactically-sound techniques of his brothers.

Still, barring Raphael's strength stats in later TMNT video games, or various semi-official or fan-sourced expressions of the various turtles' might in various RPG systems[*] there is very little hard data one way or another.

Which Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle has the most physical strength?

Psychologically, Raphael is the stronger fighter… While his initial characterization is one of a rage-aholic, it is an anger that he does eventually learn to rein in, and even control as the various series progress. In the upper tier of combat, especially that involving life and death scenarios, mental strength and resolve is as much if not more important than weaponry, fighting techniques and experience.

Further, in the 2003 animated series, when Leonardo loses his self-confidence after being very badly beaten, Raphael is the one who nurses him back to health, and helps to restore at least some of his former confidence in himself. It's fairly clear that Leonardo carries along with the burden of leadership, a great deal of self-doubt, as well as a role of responsibility within the group that could both be exploited as weaknesses by a savvy opponent.

Raphael, by contrast, has little of either issue, and as a natural loner, is thus a better "pure fighter" – put both in the boxing ring unarmed, and I will put my life savings on Raphael every time.

Which ninja turtle is the best fighter?

All four of them have all of the most important factors in generating attraction:

• They are at/near their sexual peak as teen males
• Successful and dramatic genetic mutation/evolution is reproductively desirable
• They are in peak physical and mental condition as ninjas
• As turtles, they will know how to "take things slow" when the time is right

Please understand, I am only referring here to "attraction" in the chemical/genetic/pheremone-based sense. 

There are, of course, clear differences in personality and interest space with each TMNT that will cause a corresponding increase/decrease in perceived mental desire for any given female.

But for the physiological 'attraction reaction', it's going to be so off the charts for the average woman, that picking any single turtle would be splitting hairs.

An otherwise dodgy bi-fail – accidentally mixing two otherwise tasty ingredients – is instead, purely through will power and perceptual alteration, turned into the bi-winning taste known the world over as the second best mass-produced by third world slave labor chocolate bar, behind the humble, yet regal (bi-winning?) Kit Kat.

For a joke answer to be successful on Quora, it must meet the following requirements:

1. It must answer the question as directly as possible, and show intent to inform the majority of readers and the original querent.
2. It must be funny on some level.
3. It must be a joke or parody answer, either obviously so to a large margin of answer voters; or subtly enough to escape their understanding, and lie in wait for a chosen few to snicker at now and then.

If one looks long and hard enough, it's not difficult to find a fair number of answers, even "best" answers, that could be considered "joke answers" – not merely humorous, mind you, but intentionally absurdist, mocking, or otherwise subverting the serious tone of the site overall.

If someone marks a joke answer "not helpful" on Quora, does that mean they didn't find it funny?
