I'm pretty sure that simply hitting him a few times with the Ultimate Nullifier would do the job.

Alternately, redirecting him to consume another compatible living world has been known to work in the past, though I'm not sure that would qualify as a "defeat".

What are the best tips to defeat Galactus?
